Following last year’s success and by common request, NextConomy, with the support of Federgon, is again organizing an engaging and informative afternoon you don’t want to miss!
Our MSP / VMS & Staffing Suppliers Meetup is the perfect opportunity to connect with leading MSP and VMS parties, meet your industry peers, learn about the latest trends, and share your expertise.
This in-person event will take place on Thursday, Nov 23 2023, 1 p.m. at Hotel Van der Valk, 1-4 Rode-Kruisplein, 2800 Mechelen.

This afternoon’s program
Doors open at 1 pm
1:30 – Marleen Deleu from NextConomy will welcome you with a short kickoff
1:45 – 2:45 – We start the 1st round with 1-2-1 pre-scheduled speed dates (10′ each; 4 encounters) between MSP’s & VMS vrs. Staffing suppliers
2:45 – Short 15′ coffee break with refreshments & networking
3:00 – 3: 30 – Plenary keynote by Katrien Penne, SERV on her recent report on ‘Freelancers in Flanders’
3:30 – 4:30 – Interactive workshops and/or panel sessions provided by MSP & VMS partners, always with an extensive Q&A round.
Central theme: How to align our goals with those of the client to be successful together? Can we put co-creation over competing? Best practices of collaboration emphasizing value creation for all parties involved. How to ensure all to play nice in the sandbox?
4.30 – 4.45 – Final Q&A
4: 45 – 5:45 – 2nd round with 1-2-1 pre-scheduled speed dates (10′ each; 4 encounters) between MSP’s & VMS vrs. Staffing suppliers
6.00 – 7:00: we close the Meetup with a networking reception to discuss the experience and findings over a glass of bubbles and small snacks.
Unique
We offer the opportunity for Staffing companies to meet MSP providers and VMS companies during two 1-2-1 speed-meeting rounds. Staffing companies will be able to schedule up to four (4) 10-minute-time slots with their preferred contact(s). Practical information will be sent out after registration.
We close the Meetup with a networking reception from 6 to 7 pm to discuss the experience and findings over a glass of bubbles.
