Talent Ecosystems
Dear Sir or Madam,
We are students from Artevelde University of Applied Sciences and are working on our bachelor project with NextConomy. The goal of our bachelor paper is to understand and promote the concept of the Talent Ecosystem, as it is fairly unknown in Belgium.
To make our research more transparent and factual, this 10-minute survey is conducted to back up and improve our desk research and consists of how a talent ecosystem is created, and maintained and how it has impacted your organization.

Talent Value Proposition strategy
